New Partnership Between Children’s Miracle Network and PayOnward Empowers Credit Union Members to Support Local Hospitals 

BOCA RATON, Fla., – Children’s Miracle Network and PayOnward have announced a new partnership which will bring credit unions and their members a turnkey suite of digital giving programs. These programs will make it simple for credit union members to support local children’s hospitals through the digital channels they already use.

PayOnward delivers white-labeled SMB Bill Pay and Receivables, Member Bill Pay, and AI-enabled payment workflows designed specifically for credit unions and community financial institutions. The platform enables institutions to modernize bill pay, strengthen small business relationships, and maintain control over the payment experience within a secure and scalable infrastructure. 

PayOnward’s digital payment platform will serve as the backbone for the entire donation experience, white-labeled and fully integrated with the credit union’s digital banking provider or core. It will facilitate several programs, including the Give@Login, an always-on seamless donation experience which prompts members with opportunities to support the Children’s Miracle Network anytime they log in.  To help drive member engagement, Digital Joy, another Black Dragon Capital Company, will be integrated to leverage Digital Joy Engage, an innovative audience interaction software that increases audience involvement and provides instant feedback. 

Credit unions will also be able to leverage the In-Person Giving program, which enables members to make digital donations in seconds through QR code signage at designated branches, drive-throughs, and community events.
